1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing WorldBid (worldbid.app) or participating in country bids, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Service Description & Game Nature

WorldBid is an interactive internet game and software discovery leaderboard. Users place standing bids to secure ranked positions on geographic territory boards. WorldBid does not guarantee traffic, sales, conversions, or specific business outcomes.

3. Payments & Merchant of Record

All payments on WorldBid are processed by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments handles billing, tax collection (VAT/GST/Sales Tax), fraud prevention, and currency conversion.

4. Strict Non-Refundable Policy

Due to the competitive auction nature of WorldBid, all bid payments are strictly non-refundable. When another user places a higher bid and overtakes your position, your payment is not returned. You accept this risk upon placing any bid.

5. Prohibited Content & Listings

You agree not to list or promote any of the following:

• Malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or phishing campaigns.
• Scams, get-rich-quick schemes, or deceptive financial products.
• Impersonation of existing brands, companies, or individuals without authorization.
• Adult, sexually explicit, or violent content.
• Illegal goods, hacking utilities, or privacy-violating tools.

6. Moderation & Removal Rights

WorldBid reserves the absolute right to review, edit, unpublish, or permanently delete any listing that violates these terms or endangers users, without prior notice and without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

WorldBid and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
